What Data We Hold:
We hold the following information, as supplied by you, purely for the purposes of processing your order. This data is held on a commercial web-server as contracted by South Coast Aviation to supply our web services. The software used is OpenCart and the data is stored in a MySQL database.

- Order History
- Payment Method

How We Use This Data:
Data from our website is only used within our own company where necessary to process payments, for accounting purposes and for order history. Data is passed to PayPal if this is your chosen payment method. This is done by you, the user, during the checkout process, directly with PayPal. Data is also passed to our online accounting system, Xero.
A Secure Socket Layer Certificate has been put in place to ensure end-to-end data encryption when data is transmitted across the web from your browser to our server. It also verifies to you, the user, that you're connected to us, the vendor, rather than someone impersonating us.
Data is also anonymised and passed to Google Analytics to enable us to track trends of use of our site. No individual personal data is passed to them.
Right to be forgotten: If you wish us to delete your online account and order history, this is your right and we are very happy to oblige. Please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org to action a request. Please note we are legally required to keep a record of any transactions within our accounting system for Tax and VAT purposes.
Right to request data: We can export any data held on you or your orders. This can take us up to 15 working days to complete. Please email email@example.com to action a request.
